Client Spotlight - Realtor Kristin Braun

I (Deb) was thrilled to learn that Kristin was the chosen recipient! I've long admired Kristin from a distance through our Facebook connection, and finally had the opportunity to meet this fantastic woman in person!

As a former teacher, I enjoy educating my clients about the current real estate market trends as well as the steps in the real estate process. I realize that each client has a different motivation for buying and selling and a different timeline as well, and helps determine their home selling and/or buying action plan.
2. I guide my clients through the home buying and home selling process step by step, always with the client's needs and best interests at heart. Communication is key and I communicate regularly with my clients via their preferred communication method.
3. I build relationships with my clients to create an ongoing system of support for all their home needs. I support my clients by offering referrals for local lenders, handyman services, and contractors when needed. Staying in touch is an important part of what I do and who I am.
“Sellers frequently struggle with the decision of whether to make any improvements or updates before listing their property. I offer a complimentary visit to their home to make suggested improvements and offer a timeline for selling that fits their selling goals. Sellers also struggle with how to price their homes. Pricing is determined by market value using sold and active comps and market conditions in general. I use a competitive pricing strategy that is effective and gets the job done!
Buyers often struggle with understanding the home buying process and timeline. I offer complimentary dream home buyer consults at my office, in the client's home, or at a local coffee shop to help my clients understand the buying process, refer them to a lender to get started if needed, and share how the buying process will work logistically for them.
